Hi, I’m Ashley, founder of Prose Creative Studio. I figured you might want to know a little about me before making, like, the most important investment you will ever make for your business (don’t cry, don’t cry, don’t cry…).

Believe me, I get it. It’s scary making these kinds of decisions. But let me tell you about my experience as a writer and marketer so you can feel safe and secure in any decision you make for your brand.

My writing career began in the world of childhood education in 2008, where I earned my master’s degree and authored books, articles, and materials rooted in national research and development standards. This storytelling experience led me into the entertainment industry, where I worked as a creative director and PR strategist for actors, singers, and performers during the dawn of social media for personal brands.

Transitioning fully into the online marketing world in 2018, I started a business helping women entrepreneurs craft their brand messaging with the power of story. In 2021, I became certified in Donald Miller’s StoryBrand framework, which humbly transformed how I approach building narratives today. My success as a StoryBrand guide landed me a guest appearance on the Marketing Made Simple podcast with Dr. JJ Peterson, and also a guest authoring opportunity in the book Simple Social Media by Annie Schiffman.

By 2025, I decided it was time to combine everything I’d learned—education, storytelling, strategy—to build something beautiful. That’s how Prose Creative Studio came to life. Now, I help female founders, speakers, authors, and thought leaders build their brands online using purposeful content strategy and expert writing execution.
